Procedure Phase A: Disperse Eusolex®


T-S in the given emollients and emulsifiers by


using a dissolver stirrer. When the pigment is well dispersed (check via microscope) , add magnesiumstearate and wax and heat to 80°C. Combine ingredients of phase B in a separate vessel and heat to 75°C. Add phase B to A slowly while stirring and homogenize. Cool down to 40°C while slowly stirring and add phase C. Homogenize again with a closed-anchor agitator for 1 minute at 1200 rpm. Cool down to room temperature. Procedure Phase A Add first Amaze XT at room temperature and allow it to hydrate under slow agitation. Then, add Satiaxane under slow agitation. Once the mixture is homogeneous, add phase B and heat to 70 °C. Let stirring for few minutes until Rice starch jellified. Heat separately phase C and B+A at 75 °C. At temperature, add phase C to A+B whilst stirring moderately. Homogenize using Ultra Turrax (2 min at 6000 rpm). Allow to cool down whilst stirring
