US OKLAHOMA - CASINO DESIGN

Te Publicity Lab won the RFP process by delivering the most creative solution and JCM offered the strength of their technology, plus years of proven partnership and service. We had a lot of great partners participate in the RFP but following a review of proposals we felt strongly that Te Publicity Lab and JCM were going to deliver the winning combination we needed to achieve our goals.

What purpose does The Link serve in terms of customer engagement?

We wanted Te Link to serve as an attract feature to encourage players to venture between the two main gaming spaces as well as play in the adjacent gaming room. We wanted this to be a space where we could host unique gaming promotions and deliver a unique guest experience – and we were able to achieve just that.

How happy is GCG with the final outcome? Does The Link meet expectations?

Te Link has really turned out beautifully. All of the project partners came together to bring their individual expertise to the project and it really shows with the outcome of the project and what we’ve been able to develop. We’re looking forward to collaborating on the next evolution of Te Link, as well as potential partnerships at other properties.

Melissa, how did Gaming Capital Group (GCG) become involved in the project?

GCG has been a long-time partner of the Choctaw Nation and provides support with the installation and service of new games at all the Choctaw Nation casinos. Te cabinets and games featured in Te Link are a joint Choctaw-GCG venture, so we were invested in finding solutions to increase traffic to the space.

What was Gaming Capital Group’s role in the

development of The Link?

GCG spearheaded the search and RFP process for the development of Te Link. Once our teams selected our vendors, GCG really helped to spearhead the project management of the installation – overseeing everything from the installation of the actual structure to reviewing and approving the content concept and animation.

Why was the JCM and Publicity Lab bid chosen to fulfil the brief?

Melissa Cox, Vice President of Marketing & Customer Relations, Gaming Capital Group

The Link has really turned out beautifully. All of the project partners came together to bring their individual expertise to the project and it really shows with the outcome of the project and what we’ve been able to develop.
