How do you reflect on Rock & Brews' casino partnership with Kaw Nation in Oklahoma?
Our partnership with Kaw Nation at Rock & Brews Casino in Braman started about five years ago. Kaw Nation wanting to do a remodel, so they brought in our design team to look at doubling the size of their casino and activating the space better. Tey are in an area where within 30 minutes there are 10 different casinos at players disposal.
We stressed great importance on being different from the other casino boxes out there. We want people to come for another reason than just dropping coins.
Tey want the Rock & Brews experience and entertainment in addition to great hospitality and food. Te greatest thing we've learned from working with Kaw Nation and the establishment's General Manager, Bruce McClure, is how to use the Rock & Brews restaurant and food offering as a tool to get more people into the property. Whether it's an all you can eat crab night or a prime rib night they don't eat and leave. Tey pass through the 500 games, play, and make it a whole evening experience instead of just having a
great meal and walking out the door.
What's the latest on Rock & Brews expansion into the Las Vegas Strip?
Tere have been some changes from the announcement we put out 18 months ago about our expansion onto the Las Vegas Strip. Te main point being that won't be at the Strat, but we do have two other potential locations lined up we are looking to finalise a deal on which are a little further down the Strip. We're very excited about Las Vegas. Tere is no doubt the Rock & Brews brand needs to be on the Las Vegas Strip.
In due course we will announce where that is going to be. It's going to be exciting and something new to the brand. Everything in Vegas must go to the next level so whoever we choose as our next partner on the Strip, we will have to make it the next level, generation 4.0 of Rock & Brews. We need to make a splash to enter the Las Vegas market in the right way.
Approximately 80 per cent of Rock & Brews stores are franchised or licensed. Going forwards, is Rock & Brews looking to be the owner and operator of its own casinos?

We have an interest in owning and managing some casinos in the future and we have some projects in the works.
Is the Rock & Brews brand going to go international anytime soon?
We have some feelers out in some Asian markets. Te beautiful part of the Rock & Brews brand is that we speak a universal language - rock n roll. Tat transfers around the world so for us to go outside of the United States we believe is very possible. We're proving ourselves with the casinos in the United States and we are looking for opportunities to take the brand overseas.
