How does Rock & Brews blend rock ‘n roll roots into the gaming entertainment offer?
Trough the overall atmosphere and experience of the casino floor. When you go into a Rock & Brews, you will see iconic rock n roll imagery from the last 40 years. You'll see the likes of Van Helsing, Eric Clapton, Te Who adorning the walls. You will see rock in more of an artistic form, whether it's through flags or digital imagery. We were asked several years ago to bring more of that rock n roll feel and experience onto the casino floor. One way we did this was to work with the beautiful colours of the gaming machines.
For instance, if there is a colourful area with large monitors housing a Buffalo game, we'll use black and white classic images of the greatest rock n roll stars ever to create a contrast. Tis helps establish a rock n roll atmosphere in the casino, enhancing the gaming experience which ultimately is what we want to achieve. Doing this successfully gets players to return more frequently, have a larger coin drop and stay longer on games.

Are gaming machines and tables designed to be a supplement to the restaurant experience or a standalone reason for visiting a Rock & Brews?
We are looking at the full package as an overall experience to tie into the Rock & Brews brand, not just to the restaurant area but the gaming aspect. Taking this a step further, we have design plans in the works for a Rock n Roll RV Park that'll have tour buses guests can rent to really feel like a rock star. Who doesn't want to be a rock star that jams in front of 80,000 people like Paul and Gene do on a nightly basis when they're out with KISS? If we can bring that feeling to the gaming floor and have our players feel like a rock star, they'll stay longer and play more.
Is sports betting going to be a big push for Rock & Brews? Do sports bars work within the current concept?
Absolutely. Sports and rock n roll go hand in hand. For a couple of years, we've been assessing the potential impact of getting away from the roots of rock n roll to tie in sports. Te largest viewing event of the year, the Super Bowl, has some people who only watch for the half time act. Tere is always a rock n roll band involved in the half time act, so do rock n roll and sports go hand in hand? 100 per cent. Te question is how we merge sports and rock n roll into a casino setting. Depending on the size of the casino there are several means.
To name one example that will be coming very soon is in a casino on a smaller scale. With two restaurants in it, one being Rock & Brews, the location wouldn't suit a separate sports betting viewing area. Instead, we're building that experience into the Rock & Brews experience through integrating a 25-foot LED screen that can show eight different games simultaneously. Rock n roll never stops, but sports does. So, when there are no sports on, we're going to fill it with classic rock n roll concerts from the last 50 years.
What potential is there for additional gaming entertainment opportunities at Rock & Brews' locations?
Some of our casinos have live dealers and tables with classic games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and Craps. What these casinos have found is that when those table games are next to a Rock & Brews,
