En novembre, le président de l'Uruguay, Tabaré Vázquez, a signé une résolution approuvant la pos- sibilité d'ouvrir un nouveau casino à Punta del Este. Ce nouveau casino a déjà reçu des avis favorables de la part des autorités du ministère de l'économie, du ministère des finances et du tourisme.


Plusieurs clubs de football du Paraguay ont annoncé qu'ils ne voulaient pas prendre part aux paris sportifs. Des présidents de clubs de football de Première Division ont collectivement demandé à l'Association du Football du Paraguay qu'elle ne les fasse pas figurer sur les plateformes de paris, que ce soit pour les championnats nationaux ou pour la première coupe de la ligue.

Des estimations indépendantes ont toutefois évalué que le chiffre d'affaires s'approcherait davantage de 7,5 milliards d'euros.

Mohegan Gaming celebrates 'remarkable' fourth quarter

Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, owner of Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut, Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and Inspire Korea in Incheon, South Korea, has hailed a ‘remarkable’ Q4.


Consolidated net revenues were up 19.2 per cent, driven by Niagara resorts and continued outperformance from non- gaming revenue growth, including entertainment and hotel revenues at Mohegan Sun. Tese were partially offset by lower gaming volumes at both Mohegan Sun and Mohegan Sun Pocono.
