SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SOFTSWISS

Te products enrich and complement each other, and, as a partner of our company, you can get several of them with little added effort. As an example, our Sportsbook solution is readily available through an integration with another, also much awarded product – the Game Aggregator. Or one more example: you can avail yourself of the versatile functionality of the Jackpot Aggregator by SOFTSWISS if you are already using our Sportsbook.

On the other hand, each product is regarded as a separate ‘business’ within the company. Tey have a clear hierarchical structure, budgets and financial statements. It’s not a 100 per cent autonomous enterprise, of course, but we are building a culture where each product would be fully responsible for its own development and financial performance.

SOFTSWISS was the first to introduce a bitcoin-optimised online casino solution back in 2013. When you refer to payment systems, is this predominantly concerning cryptocurrencies, or other forms of payment?

Te payment sector of the iGaming industry is one of the most impetuous and rapidly changing. Tis is where fintech innovation thrives. We firmly believe in the power of crypto and our partner company, CoinsPaid, is an undisputed leader in crypto processing for iGaming.

Tis said, we understand crypto is not the only way forward when it comes to payments. Terefore, our Payments department has worked on integrating more than a hundred payment methods and payment service providers.

Again, here it’s super important to know how people like to pay in a certain geo. Some markets gravitate toward banking cards, while

others are dominated by direct wire transfer solutions. Prepaid cards, vouchers and digital wallets typically take up only a fraction of the ‘transactions pie’, but they are also an essential addition to your menu of payment methods.

Will 2023 centre around improving upon SOFTSIWSS' existing offering, or will we see a new vertical launch?

No new verticals for now. But we will make strides with the existing ones, and each of the products will introduce several major, value- boosting updates during 2023.

We will fully roll out the Tournaments feature for the Game Aggregator, something much anticipated by our partners and totally changing the role a game aggregation platform can play for an operator.

As another example, we will noticeably improve our Sportsbook by adding more retention features, increasing the flexibility of the frontend, and integrating more suppliers of sports data.

Finally, what will SOFTSWISS be showcasing at ICE London?

We are planning to present a new feature – the Tournament Tool by the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator, which allows launching promotional campaigns for multiple providers at the same time without any technical integration. It will be possible to run any tournament through the back office, and all the necessary information for the player will be available directly in the game window. Tis step continues the building-up of the iGaming ecosystem of products available through one integration with SOFTSWISS.

In 2022 we launched the first cross-product

integration between the Sportsbook Platform and the Game Aggregator, which allows the clients who choose the SOFTSWISS game aggregation platform to connect to the sports betting platform at once.

We are launching a new integration between the Sportsbook and the Jackpot Aggregator to welcome first clients on board soon. Tis step extends the functionality of the sports betting platform, reinforcing it with engaging jackpot mechanics, and continues the line of bonus offerings. Tis means that the clients who connect to the SOFTSWISS Sportsbook will be able to run jackpot campaigns for players on the sports betting software.

We will demonstrate how our products work together within a connected ecosystem, as well as share more about our new ideas and their benefits for the iGaming business. You can learn more about our novelties at ICE London 2023 at SOFTSWISS stand N8-231, where the company representatives are waiting for you with our hottest offers.
