Tere are no commercial casinos in Wisconsin but 11 tribes operated 23 casinos in 2023. Total aggregate Class II net win for the year
2023 amounted to $1.27bn (up 17 per cent on the previous year) whilst total gaming handle was $18bn. Despite no sports betting law Wisconsin, in a
similar way to New Mexico, can operate sports betting by virtue of amendments to their com- pacts.

Tere are no commercial casinos in Wyoming but there are three tribal casinos and sports betting is available at these sites whilst online sports betting in available through four commercial sportsbook operators which are regulated by Wyoming Gaming Commission. In April 2021 the law HB0133 authorised permits
for online sports betting to operators already licensed in at least three other states. Tis began in September 2021 and today there are four online sports wagering operators – Bet MGM, DraftKings, FanDuel, and Caesars. Minimum betting age is 18 and bets can be
placed on professional, college and Olympic sport- ing events. In 2023 the online sports betting GGR amounted
to $17.3m, up almost 17 per cent on the previous year. Sports betting wagering handle was $172.2m. Online sports betting is taxed at 10 per cent. Draftkings saw the most GGR with $10.1m fol-
lowed by FanDuel with $3.7m, BetMGM with $2.7m and Caesars with $739,800. Meanwhile there are three tribal casinos which
are all located on the Wind River Indian Reser- vation. Two are owned by the Northern Arapaho Tribe and one by the Eastern Shoshone Tribe.
