MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Cyber - Optics® Corporation is showcas- ing its SQ3000™ multifunction system for AOI, SPI and CMM at NEPCON China 2021. The sys- tem can identify defects and measure parameters, providing a process control solution for effec- tive yield management. In addi- tion to AOI and SPI applications, highly accurate coordinate meas- urements can be obtained faster than a traditional coordinate measurement machine (CMM) — in seconds, not hours. Powered by proprietary
Multi-Reflection Suppression™ (MRS™) sensor technology, the
3D SQ3000 all-in-one system offers an unmatched combina- tion of high speed, high resolu- tion and high accuracy. The MRS sensor meticulous-
ly identifies and rejects reflec- tions caused by shiny compo- nents making it an excellent technology solution for a wide

Unparalleled ATE system performance and test coverage combined with automatic board loading: the ideal configuration to reliably detect any possible defect, from NPI to high-volume production lines.
Modular, compact, connected
Testers and loaders stand out for their reduced footprint, while their connectivity allows for big data analysis and predictive maintenance, in order to achieve the benefits of Industry 4.0.
All from a single supplier
Every part of the test cells is designed and manufactured by SPEA, giving you a single point of contact for the whole test process, full data security and strong technical support.
Compliance INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Specialty Coating Systems’ newest Pary - lene variant, ParyFree®, now complies with ISO 10993 biocom- patibility testing requirements. ParyFree’s conformance demon- strates its ability to serve as a bio- compatible surface for direct and indirect tissue contact, and suit- ability for use in many critical medical applications, including medical electronics. Testing in accordance with
ISO 10093 was completed at an independent testing facility and included cytotoxicity, acute sys- temic toxicity, sensitization, irri- tation/intracutaneous reactivity, hemocompatibility, and implan- tation (2, 12 and 26 weeks). ParyFree also is certified to com- ply with the biological test requirements for United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Class VI Plastics for use as a polymer to contact and/or contain pharma- ceuticals. SCS Parylenes N, C and Parylene HT® also meet the testing requirements of ISO 10993 and USP Class VI Plastics. In addition to meeting bio-
compatibility test requirements, SCS ParyFree has been inde- pendently tested in accordance with BS EN 14582:2007 to verify its efficacy as a halogen-free material and IEC 60529, test conditions 14.2.7 and 14.2.8 for IPX7 and IPX8 designations, which demonstrates protection from harmful effects due to the ingress of water. ParyFree coating offers the
same beneficial properties expec - ted from the Parylene family but with improved barrier protection over traditional halogen-free variants. Electronics have his- torically utilized brominated compounds as effective flame retardants, only to later learn of issues created when these elec- tronics were improperly disposed
