It’s going to be an exciti ng year ahead!


Always looking to improve, we have ambiti ous plans to support and develop our staff so that our pati ents conti nue to receive high quality care.


Here are some of the things we have planned…….


• Further investment in the use of high tech simulati on equipment • Set up career conversati on workshops to support staff


• Double the number of students we have and roll out the CLIP model


• Develop a system to support staff with clinical supervision • Train and support more improvers and QI coaches • Start military placements for clinical staff


• Conti nue to support our return to practi ce and overseas nurses


We are also looking forward to working with new educati on providers to support additi onal placements for our students, nurse associates and apprenti ceships. We will be working closely with the University of Winchester to support their new physio programme and developing their plans to open a nursing school.
