A voice for allied health professionals


In 2017 we appointed an associate director of allied health professionals, to ensure that every member of our clinical workforce is represented at a senior level in the Trust.


Katrina Kennedy, a qualifi ed physiotherapist, is our professional and clinical lead for AHPs and workforce transformati on.

“We are committ ed to supporti ng all our allied health professionals and healthcare scienti sts in progressing their careers, and seeking out diff erent ways this might be possible.


“It’s a unique role. Hampshire Hospitals is really ahead of the game in terms of thinking about allied health professions.”
