Prince Harry presented us with the presti gious Employer Recogniti on Scheme Gold Award from the Ministry of Defence, in recogniti on of our support for the armed forces community.


We were one of the fi rst Trusts to join the Step into Health programme, which off ers NHS work att achments to members of the armed forces approaching the end of their service. We also acti vely support our staff members who serve as reservists.


The Employer Recogniti on Scheme Gold Award is the highest badge of honour for organisati ons that have signed the Armed Forces Covenant. It recognises employers who acti vely support the armed forces community in their workplace and also encourage others to follow their lead.
