Schwartz Centre Rounds are monthly forums for all staff to come together talk and refl ect on the emoti onal aspects of their work.


“It’s really good to hear about how staff in diff erent areas of the Trust overcome the challenges they face. They may have a totally diff erent role, but there’s always something to learn and take back to your area from the way they approach and deal with a problem.”


The rounds provide a structured forum for clinical and non-clinical staff to feel more supported.


Evidence shows that staff att ending rounds feel less stress and isolated with increased appreciati on for each other’s roles.
