BECKY STARK Stark Export Services (keynote two) Becky is a graduate member of the Institute of Export and a qualified linguist with a passion for international trade, where she has amassed a wealth of experience.


DR NIK KOTECHA Morningside Pharmaceuticals (Chair of Managing Risk and International Trade Panel) Dr Nik Kotecha OBE has built his company, Morningside Pharmaceuticals, into a global exporter of quality pharmaceuticals and a manufacturer and supplier of generic and branded medicines to UK pharmacies and hospitals. He is an Export Champion for the Midlands.


RON MENDES PROSPA Strategy Services (Workshop presenter) Ron is a member of the Institute of Risk Management - sitting on its Audit and Risk Committee - and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He has worked for major multinationals in the USA and Europe.


SIMON BEDFORD SBG Associates (Workshop presenter) Simon has an in-depth knowledge of international markets. He set up SGB Associates (UK) in 2002 and runs export strategy workshops. He is on contact to the DIT to provide export support to companies.

MARK LILLY-TAMS AND ALDIJANA HOAD Paragon Law (Workshop presenters) Mark completed a Masters in Human Rights as part of the Paragon law Scholarship. He is renowned for his work concerning detained clients facing deportation. Aldijana is part of the private immigration team and has built a reputation advising individuals on entry clearance and extension applications.


KEITH ROBE Cusdec (Workshop presenter) Managing Director of Cusdec Customs Solutions, Keith offers advice and support for businesses across customs areas. Mark works closely with Chambers and the BCC to deliver training and consultancy on Customs matters.


MARK HEAL Enterprise Europe Network (Workshop presenter) Mark is a business adviser for Enterprise Europe Network, supporting ambitious, innovative businesses in the region which wish to grow internationally. He has extensive experience in the international business sector.


REBECCA MCDONALD Centre for Cities (Keynote three) Rebecca joined the Centre in September 2016 from PwC’s Economics and Policy team. Her recent research explores the drivers of private sector investment in UK cities, looking at what cities can do to best attract this much-needed investment.


KEVIN HARRIS RSM (Chair of Managing skills and workforce development panel) Kevin is a commercial business and audit advisory partner. He has worked with privately-owned businesses and international groups. Kevin is Chair of the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) and Non-Executive Director of the Chamber.
