go on to compete for the BCC’s national awards, the winners of which will be announced at a gala dinner at Tobacco Dock, London, on 29 November, at which the finalists will be guests of the Chamber. They will also be invited to attend

the Annual General Meeting of the Chamber, on Wednesday 7 November, at Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, to receive certificates commemorating their regional success.

Scott Knowles, Chief Executive at

the Chamber, said: “Congratulations to all four members for going on to achieve further success in the BCC’s Regional Awards. “The Chamber awards are the

only business awards delivered purely by business for business and are also the only awards which offer the winners the chance to succeed on a national stage. “We wish all four companies the

very best of luck as they go on to represent the East Midlands at the national BCC awards.” Announcing the regional winners,

Francis Martin, President at the British Chambers of Commerce, said: “Businesses are the engines of the UK economy – creating

opportunities and prosperity in our towns, cities and counties. Even in these turbulent times, they continue to show their adaptability, resilience and strength. “Every year our judges are

impressed by the calibre of entries, and this year was no different. All our finalists should be proud to reach this stage given the stiff competition among our diverse and enterprising pool of applicants. “The Chamber Business Awards

are the perfect opportunity for us to celebrate our business communities’ achievements, to take stock of the great performances of UK businesses over the past year, and to encourage and inspire others to follow in their footsteps.”

The Chamber is indebted to its sponsors across all three counties in the Chamber Business Awards – the support of which is essential to its success.
