u14s in second round of championship on Friday 17th


August against Glen


Rovers in The Glen. It was a very hard game but our girls played their hearts out. Some great scoring and massive


defending.


Final score 2.6 to 2.2. Well done to Ray, Bridget, Anne and Declan who gave great encouragement and to the parents who cheered on the girls to the end.


U10 Fr. O’Neill’s u10 girls


played a blitz in Water- grasshill on Saturday 18th last. They played


their


hearts out and showed great determination and skill. Well done girls. We would like also to thank U8s Hannah and Faye and u9s Aoife for helping us make a team. The girls played Passage West, Wa- tergrasshill 1 and 2 and Clonakilty. Thank you Wa- tergrasshill for hosting to- day and also for the goody bags and refreshments.
