May 2017 120 People Celebrate Sixth Form Students at Annual Midleton College Governors Ball

Midleton College held


its annual Governors Ball last Friday, 19 May. Approximately 120


people, half of whom were students, attended


in the Governors Ball last week which was held at the Midleton Park Hotel following the traditional photograph at Midleton College. “The Ball is hosted

were greeted on arrival by the Governors. The night was emceed by Noel Ry- all, the Chairperson of the Board of Manage- ment, with speeches by the Head Boarding Boy


Charles Eng and Head Boarding Girl Charlotte Hall. They were followed by speeches by Deputy Principal Kevin Stanley, Deputy Principal and I.” Dr Gash wished to


give special mention to Ivan Leopold and Martin Preston retiring end of a long careers at Midleton


College. Dr Gash, on behalf of both himself and


Deputy commended Principal


Stanley, wished the Sixth Form students well on their


upcoming exams them on


their past six years at the school and wished them every success going for- ward.
