SNOWTRAX welcomes everyone, from those wishing to improve their skiing or snowboarding skills, to the outright novice looking for their first ski or snowboard lessons! You don’t even need to hit the slopes to have a great time, just relax in our Alpine Bistro and indulge in one of our alpine themed gourmet burgers or just soak in the scenery with a freshly ground cup of coffee. Our family friendly centre is full of exciting activities for the kids! Try riding the Ski Bobs or spinning down the slopes in a Ringo. Your day won’t be complete without a visit to our Alpine Adventure Park, full of trampolines, swings and a huge fort, it couldn’t be more fun. Visit us for a unique party experience, bringing an element of excitement and adventure

Mudeford has a picturesque quay and its location with Christchurch Harbour on one side and the open sea on the other makes it a very popular destination for sailing and windsurfing. Tis is home to the Mudford Ferry which serves the entire area.


At nearby Highcliffe, or Highcliffe on Sea to give it its full name, there are award winning beaches and superb views from Highcliffe Castle. Walk in the nature reserves where wildlife abounds, or along the cliffs, it is delightful.

Te Rock Reef Adventure activity attraction and the Altitude High Ropes Adventure at Littledown Park are for extreme sport. Tere are ferry and boat trips to all parts of the south coast, and plenty of entertainment in and around the town. Water-sports and surfing with craft and equipment hire is all available.


Nestling in the shadow of the magnificent 900 year old Priory Church, the older part of the town is steeped in history and full of old world charm with attractive river walks. Monday is market day and the High Street is closed to traffic so you can wander freely and enjoy the variety of stalls and produce.
