YARAK BIRDS OF PREY is situated at Langford Mill Farm near Cullompton. Yarak is a privately owned centre and is set in the heart of the countryside in a beautiful tranquil setting. Here at Yarak we specialise in hands on experiences for those who want to experience handling and flying birds of prey in a totally private environment without the interruptions of a large attraction. Whether you like Owls, Hawks, Falcons or Eagles, there is something here for everyone.


Te market town of Crediton has St Boniface church and a famous saint. A thriving farmers’ market plus the Crediton Art Centre. In the town and surrounding villages there is no shortage of places to eat and


stay. Crediton is within easy reach of Exeter, Dartmoor and Exmoor, thus making it an ideal centre for holidays. Te surrounding villages include thatched Cheriton Fitzpaine, with the highly praised Ring of Bells pub, also Colesbrooke and Shobrooke Barton. To the north of the town there is a footpath beside the river Creedy leading to Upton Hellions.


Our last featured town is historic Bampton which holds the ancient Bampton Charter Fair, where Exmoor ponies are traded. Tere are the remains of an eleventh century Norman castle and many Grade 1 listed buildings to explore, including a 13th century tower. Te Quarrymans Inn offers the best of Westcountry fayre and hospitality.
