Service Desk Co-ordinator Milford Haven
We are currently looking to recruit and
experienced Service Desk Co-ordinator work in a busy office based in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire. Duties include:
• Answering the phone • Taking calls relating to breakdowns and service requirements from the clients
• Logging the details onto an in house database,
•
Issuing jobs to the field engineers within the areas they cover to ensure the quickest most effective response can be made for the clients.
• You must have excellent Customer Service skills, It skills and a keen eye for detail, be clear thinking and be organised and methodical in your work.
• The role is Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm and will start on a temporary basis for 12 weeks and then move to become permanent providing both parties are happy with performance during that period.
