Caermaenau Fawr: Winner of a
Booking.com award for the third consecutive year A LUXURY bed and breakfast
in Narberth has won a prestigious award for the third consecutive year. Pembrokeshire Farm B&B
at Caermaenau Fawr, which only opened in 2014, has been awarded the
Booking.com 10/10 Award of Excellence. Carol Peett, who owns the B&B
with her husband, Rayner, said: “We are over the moon to win this important award for the third year running as it reflects the consistently superb reviews we receive from our guests on
Booking.com. "We are also proud recipients of the
Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence which, again, relies on guest feedback and this is reinforced by the fact that
we are getting more and more repeat business which is wonderful. “At Pembrokeshire Farm B&B
we specialise in homemade, home grown and top quality Pembrokeshire produce and love to showcase all that Pembrokeshire has to offer to guests from all around the world. Recent guests here have come from the USA, Canada, Holland, Italy, France as well as the UK and we are proud to have had one of Wales’s biggest rugby stars staying here. "Attention to detail and customer
satisfaction are key here and we are happy to cater for guest’s special dietary requirements and like them to feel totally at home; as though they are staying with friends in the country
rather than at a commercial B&B. "Guests are welcome to relax in
the garden with a cup of tea and some homemade cake in Summer, wander through our fields or, in Winter, curl up with a book in front of a roaring log fire. It is that”home from home” ethos, together with the freshly baked soda bread and cakes, homemade preserves and honey from our own bees that is much remarked upon in our guests’ reviews. We are also listed in Sawday’s Special Places to Stay." Caermaenau Fawr was Carol’s
childhood home which she inherited along with the three donkeys who are also much commented on by guests in their reviews, from her parents, Richard and Felicity Lewis, in 2012.
