your hands with warm soapy water and then dry them with a clean hand towel and not a tea towel that may get cross contaminated. Bacteria can get trapped under


jewellery such as rings, before handling food remove all your jewellery. Keep the area you are cooking in and


the utensils you’re using clean at all times – clean up any spilt food straight away. Dishcloths and tea towels can harbor
