a sponsored haircut last week. Blaise, who is a year 3 pupil at
Pembroke Dock Community School, went along for his haircut on February 1 and lost his locks for a new sleek look. "We think Blaise is very brave
to lose all that hair in the middle of winter but we very much appreciate his support," said Elly's dad. "Blaise is one year ahead of Elly
who is in year 2 and we didn't realise they were in the same school until recently." Blaise's mum, Rachel, said: "He
really wanted to support Elly's Flag. Blaise has always been the sort of little boy that will help if he can, I am a super proud Mum!" Blaise raised an amazing £105
and met up with Elly (and her flag) and Mrs Tomas, the Headteacher of Pembroke Dock Community School, for a photograph. Mrs Tomas is very proud of the

Rural Affairs for Plaid Cymru Simon Thomas said: “It was fascinating to listen to the plans by the team from Pembrokeshire Falconry for a British Bird of Prey Centre at the National Botanic Garden of Wales. It sounds a very interesting project I wish them luck in the future. “I was delighted to sponsor the
Countryside Alliance awards - I congratulate all the nominees on getting to the Wales final. “The Party of Wales believes
agriculture should be regarded as a key economic sector, as an industry of cultural and linguistic importance." “A Plaid Cymru Welsh
Government would support initiatives to promote the quality and excellence
of Welsh food and drink, including a designated year-long campaign aimed at consumers." Rachel Evans, Countryside
Alliance Director for Wales added: “We have had an absolutely fantastic line up of finalists in Wales this year. The competition gets stronger and stronger. “This year, particularly we have
had some very innovative rural enterprises shining through. Each business was an absolute pleasure to visit and I am immensely proud of our winners going forward to represent Wales in the finals, they are rural heroes and great ambassadors for Welsh produce, landscapes and rural communities across Wales.”
