Martin Audio S18+ and a comprehensive DJ set-up to deliver sound to the space. If the scale of technological innovation in the Main Room combined with the attractive options offered by BoomBox and The Library isn’t enough, Marquee’s Day Club will surely tip the balance. The outdoor space not only extends the opening hours to a formidable 18 hours, it offers a completely different experience for customers. With a swimming pool, private hot tubs, daybeds and a view into the Las Vegas sky, the terrace is an idyllic party location. This area of the club, which recently enjoyed a headline DJ set from Roger Sanchez, has been installed with a Nexo sound system, backed up with 20 QSC infill speakers. The system includes 10 Nexo GEO S12 cardioid pattern line arrays, in hangs of five on either side of the DJ booth and backed up by two Nexo RS18 cardioid pattern subwoofers. A total of 12 Nexo CD12 sub-bass units complete the bass reinforcement.

The lighting installations in these spaces use similar fixtures to the Main Room, only in smaller configurations. While BoomBox is an energetic room, it has low ceilings, which required a balance of punch and power. The 10 Elation Design Spot 300 Pro fixtures, together with 32 Birket Speciality Lighting 7W LED Strobe-Briks and Reel EFX DF-50 hazer bring plenty of visual activity to room, without overpowering it. While the 14 Elation Opti Tri Pars add colour washes to the space. A downsized spec in The Library ensures that the relaxed space remains vibrant. “What’s nice for us about using the same product throughout all these different rooms is that, when we want to merge palettes or different looks, everything goes in pretty seamlessly,” explained Steve Lieberman. “We can just clone across the entire club from room to room. So dial in colours in the Main Room and I can use those same colour palettes down in BoomBox or the other bars. It makes life very easy that way.”
