Tai Chi brings the mind, body, and spirit together to gain balance, prevent injury and promote good health. This gentle art can be practiced by people of all ages and in all health conditions. KNITTING FOR A CAUSE:


Pam Haschke (left), president and founder of Halos of Hope honored the Glenview Senior Center craft group with a “Halos Of Hope” Award this year for donating hand knitted caps to cancer patients.


Sit & Be Fit —


Join this fun and energetic, easy-to-do, mostly muscle toning program that’s done sitting down. Work your entire body with a gentle series of arm swings, leg lifts and finger flexibility exercises. A great way to build to more rigorous exercises. MAX/MIN: 20/5 ID#
