Football Instructional Flag Football —


Flag football is played using similar rules as regular football, except that to tackle a runner, you grab a flag from the runner’s belt. Join this instructional program run by on-the-go Sports, Inc. to learn the basics of the sport. This program prepares you for our popular youth league.

R/NR Registration for this program is going on now. This popular league introduces the fun of football through exciting game play. 2nd and 3rd graders will be combined and 4th and 5th graders will be combined. School will be a consideration when forming teams. Please be prepared for one practice each week throughout the season scheduled by the volunteer coach. Coaches will contact players about team placement and schedules after the coach meeting on 9/5. Team football jersey for each player is included in the fee.

Gymnastics Rhythmic Gymnastics —


Rhythmic gymnastics is a graceful sport combining dance and acrobatic elements in which participants use hand apparatus like balls, ribbons, hoops, clubs and ropes while performing choreographed movements to music. Students will develop strength, power, flexibility, agility, dexterity, hand-eye coordination and endurance while learning new skills in a fun atmosphere. Classes are instructed by Natalia Klimouk and Dani Takova and assistants with international or local competitive experience in the sport. WHERE: Park Center, 2400 Chestnut MAX/MIN: 20/7 per section
