Creative Cooking with Everyday Gourmet
This hands-on series of cooking classes feature simple, yet delicious recipes, developed for the practical realities of a minimalist kitchen and a limited food budget. Each class can accommodate 4-10 participants ages 18 to 102! Don’t forget containers to take home your delicious creations.
Jennifer Noone, a local resident since 1973 and a University of Illinois graduate in Food & Nutrition, has a real passion for food! She’ll share ways to eat and entertain like a king on a shoestring budget.
Classes are held in the Park Center Catering Kitchen.
Please Note: Due to the nature of this program and the supply purchasing that is done ahead of time, any cancellations must be requested by the Friday before your class. After Friday, we will not be able to provide a refund.

Demistifying Dough —

This class will take the terror out of making pastry dough, introduce the simple pleasure of making scratch pasta dough, and equip you to make the best pizza dough, thick or thin, guaranteeing your kids will never ask for delivery again!
