Here’s an opportunity for boys in grades 1-8 to learn the sport of wrestling from the wrestling coaches at Glenbrook South High School. Build strength, improve conditioning and gain skills that can prepare you for interscholastic competition when you reach high school. The season has been extended and participants will attend twice weekly practices through the end of February. IKWF membership fee is included in the fee and will ensure participation in meets and tournaments throughout the season. Wrestlers will compete against other wrestlers of equal size. Wrestlers are responsible for purchasing their own wrestling shoes and head gear. November 13 at 6:30 pm will be an informational meeting for parents and wrestlers at Glenbrook South High School. Fishing Derby — Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fisherman, nothing beats casting a line with your child for a stress free day of fishing. Parents and children can spread out around Lake Glenview and fish for the day. Live bait will be provided to each participant but you need to bring your own equipment. NOTE: Fee listed is per adult-child pair. Additional registrants from the same family are $12 each.
