We offer packages with everything you need for hydraulic bending
including the H60 Hydraulic Pump, Hydraulic Cylinder & Hoses, and
Conversion Kit to convert your Model No. 2 Bender. We recommend
using hydraulic power for heavier stock. However it can be used for
ALL bending applications–most of the bends shown in this catalog,
from light to heavy stock, can be made with the hydraulic power
attachment.
Making Production Runs
The Hydraulic Attachment lets you make precision
bends using a Limit Switch attached to the Main
Frame circle. This Limit Switch operates a solenoid valve on
the hydraulic power unit controlling the flow of hydraulic fluid
to the hydraulic cylinder. When the rotating swinging frame
contacts the Limit Switch, it halts the flow of hydraulic fluid
and stops a hydraulically-powered bend at a precise set
