Schedule 40 American Pipe – ASTM A53, Type F, Grade 1020, 45,000 psi Tensile Strength Steel.
Inside Diameter (ID) – Pipe and Rigid Conduit are measured by their Inside Diameter (ID), e.g.,
1" ID.
Center Line Radius (CLR) – Radius bends in Rigid Conduit and Pipe are measured from the
center of the bend to the center line of the stock. CLR sizes are for bends made in Pipe or
Conduit. Final radius dimensions will vary for Copper, Brass, Aluminum or Alloy Steel.
Contact Factory if you have bending jobs requiring other materials.

Used by electricians for quantity production of 90° Ells in Rigid Conduit.
Complete tooling includes a 90° Form Die, Back Block, and Draw Block
or Roller, purchased separately. Purchase the General Purpose Set,
containing all 90° Form Dies and Rollers, or order dies individually, as need-
ed. Refer to Table for the appropriate tooling combination.
