Center Line Radius (CLR) – Radius bends in Handrail are measured from the center of
the bend to the center line of the stock.
Handrail Cap
We offer tooling for bending several sizes of Handrail Cap alone or
with Assembled Channel. Bend small radius sizes up to 180° with
"One Pull". To bend larger radius sizes, purchase Feed-Along style
dies, which let you bend any offset up to full 360° circles by feeding
the tooling through and bending until you reach the desired degree of
bend.
