Form large-radius bends in Rectangular Tube, Edgeways – (“The Hard Way”).
Tooling consists of a 150B Master Die, 151B Inner Wedge Block, 9B Flat-
Surface Roller and 152B Back Block and a 154B “Crowned” Radius Block
for the radius to complete the set. Unique “wedge” grips the tube tightly to avoid
twisting or distortion. “Crowned” profile forms the tube smoothly with only slight
longitudinal indentation along the inside diameter of the bend (“crush bend”).
Radius blocks have dual faces, so each block can make two different radius
bends.
