16B & 16B2 Eye-Bolt Bending Dogs
Form Small-Diameter Rings, Eye Bolts,
“U”s, “S”s in Flat and Bar
16B Eye-Bolt Bending Dog bends neat, smooth Eye Bolts, “U”-shapes,
“S”-shapes, etc., in thin Round or Square Bar up to 5/8".
Bend Eyes and “U’s” with 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8" and 1" inside openings using
standard 20B Center Pin (included in basic 46000 Bender tooling package)
and 20B5 Center Pin (included in 46002 General Purpose Bar Toolset).
Bend Eyes up to 2" using 20B7 Cast Rollers (pg. 25) mounted over center
pin. With this setup, bend 1-1/2" – 2" Eyes in heavier stock.
Bend Rings and Coils of any diameter. Ideal for bending small-diameter 16B Eye-Bolt Bending Dog, toe to front, bending small-diameter Eye Bolt around
rings. Form bend around a short piece of Pipe of the right diameter. 20B Center Pin on top of bender
Bend larger rings by purchasing a 20B1 Round Cam (pg. 28)
(An alternate setup for bending large Rings is also shown on pg. 28).
Use the wider 16B2 Eye Bolt Bending Dog with available longer 20B6
Center Pins (pg. 25) and longer backing pin to bend Flat Stock up to
1/8" x 1-1/2" wide and form Eyes from 3/8"– 1" ID.
