Shopfitting is the profession involved with the process of preparing (fitting out) the inside and exterior of office, commercial and retail units, with equipment, fixtures and fittings

productive staff. Likewise an inviting store space substantially increases the amount of time shoppers spend in it, so it’s vital for increasing sales.


In the past, shopfitting mainly


consisted of installing shelves, counters and other basic fixtures that were necessary to store and display items either in a working or retail environment. Nowadays office and retail spaces are less clinical and they are intended to provide an environment that is both welcoming and relaxing to


the user.
