Review ICE TOTALLY GAMING 2017

“To date, NSoft’s revenue engine has been our Virtual Games, in particular Lucky 6, which is our most successful product,” explained Amir Obralić, Marketing Manager at NSoft at ICE. “Te Sportsbook, which is backed by Betradar, is also very strong and that’s both pre-match and live betting. On live betting we offer 18 different sports and 40 in pre-match. It’s a strong and growing part of the NSoft portfolio and we expect to see Sportsbook becoming the most important part of our growth on all delivery channels, especially web.”

Also on show in London was NSoft’s SEVEN Platform, which was launched in 2016 and is recognised as an important tool in turnkey management of betting and gaming operations. It incorporates all of NSoft’s ideas and efforts into a single solution.

All the company’s virtual games, sports betting solutions, integrated casino games and other third party solutions exist as units and services within the SEVEN Platform. SportsBook has seen many improvements, polishing and new features. In addition to Betradar’s MTS (Managed Trading Services), which allows customers to externalise their operational risk and liability management completely to Betradar’s proven industry expertise and competence, the company introduced SportsBook Self-Managed. It is fully integrated into the SEVEN Platform through all delivery channels (web, mobile, terminal, retail) and gives the customer full autonomy of sports events creation, odds management and risk management.

Te company is also very proud to become one of the few Betradar Gold Certified Partners. Tis confirms that NSoft is qualified to provide professional services that are designed to assist customers in rapidly deploying and implementing Betradar’s Pre-Match Betting, Live Betting, Live Channel, Managed Trading Services and Gaming Solutions. In addition, NSoft is qualified to assist in rapidly deploying and implementing Betradar’s entire portfolio of Gaming Solutions with just one integration via Betradar’s Remote Game Server.

“Romania remains our biggest market ,but we are very strong across the whole of the Balkans,” Mr Obralić explained. “We’ve just signed a deal with FBet, Bulgaria’s biggest betting operator. We’re now expanding into South America, where we already have three clients, in the Dominican Republic, South Africa, Nigeria and Uganda. We’re actively looking for sales people on the ground in South Africa and South America, as well as in Central and Eastern Europe.”

“Two years ago we formed an umbrella organisation, SPARK, business park, which includes a school at which young people can learn a vocational skill, whether it’s design or

marketing or business for start-ups. NSoft is now part of SPARK together with Stark, a company producing betting terminals, Eynio which is all about smart homes, and Sync, a distributor of technical gadgets, just to name a few, together with many start-ups that will hopefully grow into successful companies.”

Eynio is great example of how NSoft is supporting start-ups through this set up.

The most important element is the culture that we have inside the business. We employ bright minds who embrace change and defy conventional thinking. I like to describe us as being 'positively different’ which helps enormously when you are growing a young, energetic business.

Eynio CEO Menser Djogic said: “We’ve developed a full surveillance system for betting shop operators. We began by developing solutions for automation, surveillance and security of home, office or companies, but we’ve adapted the product range making it ideal for betting shops.

“Our main products are Click, Vision and Shield. Click is a home automation solution for controlling and connecting various smart devices with one app, making it easier and simpler than ever to set up a smart home, meaning users can remotely control switches, lights, thermostats, plugs and more, with only their smartphone,” said Mr. Djogic.

“While Click enables users to save energy and boost efficiency, Vision is a video system for surveillance, which we have already deployed into the betting sector. Te system gives betting operators different recording options when an alarm is triggered, alongside snapshots, view and download of all recordings, cam shortcuts on a home screen, and more,” commented Mr. Djogic. “Finally, Shield is currently in the development phase, but will be an innovative
