Speaking to one of Aristocrat’s competitors at the ICE show in London, he acknowledged the remarkable success Aristocrat has enjoyed with a series of hit games, most notably spearheaded by Lightning Link, but pointed out that game success was cyclical, and that Aristocrat’s winning streak couldn’t last forever. Te hole in that theory, as evidenced by the games on the Aristocrat stand at ExCeL, is that we still appear to be on the upward-curve of that arc.

Fast Cash is every bit as compelling a product as Lightning Link. It’s Aristocrat’s first combined MSP/SSP for the EMEA region, and as a new linked multigame it delivers any jackpot, any bet, any time. Jackpot-loving players will appreciate the opportunity to win a lower jackpot on every spin in the base game and free games, as well as the chance to hit a larger, higher frequency wide area progressive jackpot award.

Aristocrat is also continuing to support Lightning Link in EMEA with six new varied themes sporting three different base game mechanics. Also new to the market, Aristocrat showed a mid-denomination version of Lightning Link especially designed for VIP areas, which is just as attractive a product as it sounds.

“We continue to show great content, mixing up the type of games on offer with fabulous IP brands, such as Game of Trones, Sharknado and Zorro, with home-grown hits, such as Lightning Link,” stated Aristocrat Managing Director EMEA, James Boje. “Fast Cash is a concept that’s performing really well in the US right now, with progressive links such as Good Fortune going down a storm in South Africa at the minute.”

Progressive options on show at ICE included the Asian-themed Good Fortune Link and the formidable Wonder Wheels, now available with four Triple A licensed themes. Arc Double titles Game of Trones, Te Walking Dead 2, Britney Spears and Buffalo Grand have also started to establish a firm foothold in a number of European markets and South Africa, with more approvals coming on stream and two more popular themes being added to the Aristocrat portfolio in Elvira – Mistress of the Dark and

Spintec’s Karma line, which has proved so popular in Macau, was on show at ICE with two novelties. Firstly, there was an automated solution for dice games combining Sic Bo and Craps within one automated center, allowing the player to choose their preferred game. Te second novelty was a wider monitor on a virtual stand-alone playing station, where players can enjoy different virtual games in HD quality.
