Instead of trying to market the base system and then adding functionality as it was being marketed, Certus instead chose a strategic partnership with French Casino operator Groupe Tranchant which allowed it to develop, deploy and field test the full system over the last three years. EGT Interactive launches Lucky Circles and Casino Battle at ICE 2017
EGT Interactive was at ICE with another 20 titles transferred across from its land-based parent company, EGT, taking its total number of games to past the 100 mark.
New releases included Casino Battle and Lucky Circle. Lucky Circle includes real-time video capturing and streaming, in-screen video streaming, instant events detection and a detailed statistics screen along with re-bet, double and re-double functionalities.

Kurt Quartier, a 26-year industry veteran who in the past served as VP International Casino Markets at IGT, joined Certus in September last year as Chief Commercial Officer. He commented: “We are very excited about the feedback received at this show from operators across Europe, Africa, Asia and even the US. Te cloud-based nature of our system allows us to capture more data than has traditionally been the case with legacy systems. Tis ‘Big Data’ approach is essential for us to get the level of data to understand our players better!”
But what does the operator need to do to utilise this abundance of data? Te simplistic answer is
precious little as the automated marketing engine takes care of most of this. Mr. Quartier continued: “Our system is geared towards automation similarly to what we’re already witnessing in social media. Using rules and predicative modeling results in automated actions. Tese have exciting marketing applications, but of course are also handy tools for responsible gaming or to ensure we comply with money laundering legislation.”
