Home to trade shows, meetings, networking receptions and more, the Hall of Fame Club is another perfect fit for a holiday party.

“Guests can play music via our house sound system, turn down the lights and have a great time while looking out onto the field and the skyline of Philadelphia,” says Giles. While in the Hall of Fame Club, guests have access to the Cooperstown Gallery, as well, which is an area of baseball memorabilia and paintings by Hall of Fame artist Dick Perez. “A lot of our event spaces are premium ticket locations during games, so these are upscale and exclusive areas that guests don’t get to see every day when coming to a Phillies’ game.”

Another unique facility available at CBP for holiday parties and other events is the Executive Dining Room, an enclosed space with a country club-type feel and a view of the sports

complex, best for 90 sit-down or over 100 reception style.

For additional event spaces, informa- tion, photos, menus and more, visit www.phillies.com/specialevents. Giles also invites interested parties to call 215-218-5100, where event coordina- tors are available to happily recom- mend the space that might be the best fit for a planner, as well as sched- ule a site visit to discuss all pertinent details with the catering department.

Most spaces at Citizens Bank Park have basic built in audio-visual equip- ment available for guests’ use at no additional charge, as well as free park- ing for most events. Guests can bring in their favorite vendors, or work with their Phillies representative to arrange entertainment or decorative details.

“We want to make it as easy as possi- ble for our guests when they choose the ballpark for their event,” notes

Giles, adding that the special event coordinators help planners throughout the function, making sure their time at the ballpark is fun and easy from start to finish.

Available menus by Aramark vary from fun ballpark fare to upscale dinner stations or sit-down meals, and they can customize menus for planners, too. Even in the heart of winter, guests will get a kick out of finishing up their event with a sundae bar that serves ice cream in mini Phillies helments.

The Phillies also will assist

meeting planners who want to end their holiday party by giving a gift to all attendees,

such as a Phillies hat or other merchandise, offering special bulk pricing on certain items for event rental clients.
