Holidays at Citizens Bank Park

Long after the Philadelphia Phillies have hung up their cleats for the season, Citizens Bank Park (CBP) is still buzzing and busy, but instead of baseball games it becomes host to various corporate and social events.

Available to rent year-round, CBP has a number of facilities able to host meetings, parties, fund raisers and more for groups of all sizes. With on site catering available by Aramark, exclusive caterer for the facility, as well as exciting add-ons like ballpark tours, welcome messages on the Phanavision board, a visit by a Phillies’ alumni or even everyone’s favorite Phillie Phanatic, guests are sure to have a unique and exciting time at their CBP special event.

“Since the opening of Citizens Bank Park in 2004, we have reminded guests that we are not just for baseball and have many great options for planners looking to host a distinctive and interesting event,” notes Joe Giles, director of business development for the stadium. “Where else can you host a group of 200 for an all day meeting in an attractive yet functional space, take a lunch break where you get to do a team building session touring the ballpark, and then end the day at a cock- tail party taking pictures with the Phanatic, with the city skyline in view and your company’s logo on the scoreboard?”

Special touches like these make events at the ballpark one that guests won’t soon forget.

Gorgeous spaces like the Diamond Club, a ballroom type space which holds over 200 seated or accommodates up to 500 reception style, work well for meetings, weddings, mitzvahs and, of course, holiday parties.

“Our Diamond Club is a great space for someone looking for a memo- rable holiday party,” notes Giles. “With beautiful décor, great lighting and access to a patio overlooking the field right behind home plate, the Diamond Club is an easy choice for a high end, yet fun party.”

Giles also adds that The Phillies’ outdoor decorations enhance the atmosphere of Citizens Bank Park for guests coming to attend a holiday event at the ballpark.

Another unique and fun space available to rent is the Hall of Fame Club, which can host 50 to 500 people reception-style or 100 seated. It is a fun, casual space with an amazing direct view of the field.
