Itinerary & Sightseeing


Day 1 New Orleans Arrive at any time. › Day 2-3 Memphis/Nashville (1B,2L,1D) Opt to relive history at the National Civil Rights Museum—located where Martin Luther King Jr was assassinated or take an optional tour of the Rock & Soul Museum. Choose to tour Elvis’ Graceland and opt to see a live show on Beale Street at night. Once in Nashville opt to immerse yourself in country music at one of the local hangouts. › Day 4 Appalachia (1B,1L,1D) Travel the beautiful winding roads through the Appalachian Mountains. Trek along one of the trails in the park. › Day 5-6 Shenandoah National Park/ Washington DC (2B,1L,1D) Pass through Shenandoah en route to DC. Tour the monuments and memorials including the White House. Visit the National Mall—home to 15 free museums including the Air and Space Museum. › Day 7 Philadelphia/New York City (1B) Visit Independence Hall in Philly, then head to NYC to explore the downtown. Take in views of the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building and Ground Zero. Check out the famous nightlife in the Big Apple › Day 8 New York City Depart at any time.
