Day 1 Bangkok Arrive at any time. › Day 2-3 Siem Reap/Angkor Wat Enjoy a Khmer meal in a local village at a Planeterra project. Optional guided tour of Angkor Wat. › Day 4-5 Phnom Penh Orientation walk upon arrival. Option visit Choeung Ek (Killing Fields). › Day 6-7 Sihanoukville Optional snorkelling boat trip or relax on the beach. › Day 8 Mekong Delta Drive from Sihanoukville to Can Tho. Overnight at a local village homestay. › Day 9-10 Ho Chi Minh City Optional visit to the floating market before travelling to Ho Chi Minh City. Option to visit Cu Chi Tunnels or War Remants Museum. Overnight train to Nha Trang › Day 11-12 Nha Trang Optional mud baths visit or relax by the beach. Overnight train to Hoi An. › Day 13-14 Hoi An Opt. to take a cooking class or visit the old town. › Day 15-16 Hue Optional Imperial Tombs tour or Perfume River boat trip. Overnight train to Hanoi. › Day 17 Halong Bay/Bai Chai Harbour Visit Halong Bay for a seafood lunch cruise and visit a cave. › Day 18-19 Hanoi Orientation walk of Hanoi. Option to see Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum or shop in the Old Quarter. › Day 20 Vientiane Flight to the capital city of Laos. Option to visit temples or That Luang and markets. › Day 21-22 Vang Vieng Optional hiking, biking, caving, swimming. › Day 23-24 Luang Prabang Witness the giving of alms to the Buddhist monks. Optional elephant trek, Kuang Si Waterfall and Bear Rescue Centre. › Day 25 Mekong River Cruise the Mekong on a houseboat before arriving to a village homestay for the night. › Day 26 Chiang Khong Mekong River travel day.
