Itinerary & Sightseeing
Day 1 Delhi Arrive any time. › Day 2 Agra Morning train to Agra. Options to visit Taj Mahal, Red Fort, Baby Taj. › Days 3-4 Jaipur Orientation walk in Jaipur. Optional visit to Hawa Mahal and the Amber Fort. › Day 5 Tordi Sagar Dive into rural life visiting potters, cobblers and markets. Take a camel cart ride to the dunes for sunset, head for a hike in the hills or make bangles and try henna paint with the local women. › Day 6-7 Pushkar Orientation walk upon arrival. In the morning, climb to Savitri Temple perched atop a hill and catch the sunrise. Have a meal with a local family, enjoy dinner on the dunes with entertainment or explore the town. › Day 8-10 Udaipur Orientation walk and optional visit to the Lake Palace. › Day 11-12 Ahmedabad/Mumbai (Bombay) Visit Mahatama Gandhi’s ashram in Ahmedabad before continuing on to Mumbai, the ‘Gateway of India’, where your Group Leader will take you on an orientation walk. › Days 13-14 Goa Head to the beach, explore Old Goa, sample tasty treats at the night markets and take in the nightlife of this coastal city. › Day 15 Goa Depart at any time.
