Here, you’ll head out across the acacia-spotted savannah of the Serengeti and the plains of the majestic Masai Mara in search of the Big Five. Our overland truck and smaller 4x4 safari vehicles will ferry you through the incredible scenery of Kenya and Tanzania safely and in good spirits — and camping will keep you close to the action. With this much stunning African wilderness so close at hand, expect your shutter fi nger to get a hefty workout.


Itinerary & Sightseeing


Day 1 Nairobi (L,D) Meet the group early, and set off on a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. Enjoy views of the Rift Valley from lookout points. › Day 2 Lake Naivasha (B,L,D) Opt to go on a walking safari, visit Green Crater Lake or view birds and wildlife around your camp. › Day 3-4 Masai Mara Game Reserve (2B,2L,2D) Enjoy daily game drives in search of the Big Five. › Day 5-6 Kisii/Musoma (2B,2L,2D) Cross into Tanzania and camp on the shores of Lake Victoria. Option to take a boat or canoe ride on the lake or do some bird watching. › Day 7 Serengeti National Park (B,L,D) Enjoy included game drives. › Day 8-9 Ngorongoro Conservation Area/Arusha (2B,2L,2D) Game drive in the Serengeti in the morning of Day 8, then another game drive in Ngorongoro Crater in small 4x4 safari vehicles with pop-up roofs. › Day 10 Nairobi (B) Travel through the land of the Masai people to Nairobi, where the tour ends upon arrival in the late afternoon.
