Breathe in the Incan spirit of La Paz and the tango palaces of Buenos Aires on a two week adventure. Connecting the Atlantic to the Andes, you’ll journey across the surreal landscapes of the Atacama Desert and the salt fl ats of Salar de Uyuni, feel like a sophisticate as you sip wine in Buenos Aires and pull back the curtain on the centre of the continent. Itinerary & Sightseeing
Day 1 Buenos Aires Arrive at any time. › Day 2-3 Salta Skip the long bus ride with an included flight. Check out the scenic Quebrada de las Conchas to Cafayate, the High Mountain Arqueological museum and enjoy local cuisine. › Day 4-5 San Pedro de Atacama Optional excursions to nearby ruins, mountain biking, or a visit to the Valley of the Moon. › Day 6-8 Salt Flats/ Uyuni (2B,3L,2D) Ascend by bus into the mountains and cross into Bolivia. Three day 4x4 excursion to the Salar de Uyuni and surrounding desert altiplano with spectacular scenery. › Day 9-10 Potosí Optional excursion to a working silver mine, free time to explore the city, visit the Casa de la Moneda museum. › Day 11-13 Sucre Take optional excursion to nearby dinosaur tracks, explore the city or optional hiking or mountain biking. Overnight bus to La Paz on day 13. › Day 14 La Paz Optional city tour and free time to explore the markets and winding streets. › Day 15 La Paz Depart at any time.
