SPANISH EXCHANGE
I really enjoyed going to Spain because I got to touch a dolphin and my Spanish exchange was really lovely. We went on a lot of fun trips and it was a really great experience that I would do again. Rosie Weston 9PS
In February a group of year 9 students, accompanied by teachers Joseph Zetter and Maggie Guy, travelled to Spain to take part in an exchange trip with students from Caxton College in Valencia. The students stayed in the homes of their host families. In May we hosted the return visit, when students and teachers from Caxton College visited Sibford. Speaking after the event, Mar Glez Soignie, head of the Spanish Department Secondary at Caxton College said: “I want to thank your school staff and all parents and students involved in the exchange for all your efforts to make us feel so welcome. I liked the Spanish exchange

I enjoyed going to Spain because I got on well with my Spanish exchange partner and we went out every night. Her family were lovely and they helped me improve my Spanish. I enjoyed the days out because we got to explore Valencia. Gabbie Lees 9MSp
