Wild West comes to Sibford

Sibford’s junior pupils had the opportunity to demonstrate some of their musical talents in the autumn term at the now annual Barn Dance. The youngsters were given the opportunity to play alongside professional musician and caller, David Morgan. Music teacher, Sue Sabin, said: “The

Junior School now boasts a choir, an orchestra and a band and I am delighted to say that more than75% of pupils are now learning at least one musical instrument. “Events such as the barn dance provide an opportunity for them to work together as a group and to really enjoy making music. They did us proud.” Pictured are: guitarists Oliver Meadows and Sam Banbury; vocalist Elena Swift and brass players Henry Jackson-Wells and Owen Griffiths.
