A PLACE I LOVE
History is hidden behind every brick and physical beauty seeps out of every crack, flowing down, every back street and finally trickles down to the golden beaches. It rises out of the azure blue lagoon sea, like a Queen rising from her throne. The still, silk Mediterranean Sea laps against fringes of the island and washes against the
northern peopled beaches.
The old fishing villages still remain, but entwined in the historical traditions are the luxury yachts cruising into the candle lit harbours, that are lined with divine restaurants and shops. Every flower in full bloom, every colour so vibrant, and the sun reaches great heights; waves of intense heat begin to surround you
as you look out, into what seems like infinity.
As the sun fades away and lights up the sky with a beautiful blend of pink, orange and yellow cascading over on the azure blue lagoon the pure beauty regains energy for tomorrow.
