BeOnsite


BeOnsite is the charity created by Lend Lease dedicated to changing the lives of disadvantaged people. It combines highly specific training aligned to the needs of contractors with emotional support for BeOnsite employees. To date BeOnsite has trained more than 350 people and employed over 250 people, providing diverse opportunities and sustained jobs across the property sector and local communities.


Infrastructure development


We offer prospective partners a fully integrated in-house approach to infrastructure delivery from development, capital sourcing and construction to facilities management, underpinned by a strong balance sheet.


Development


Our fully integrated capability means we derive value for ourselves and our partners, right though the property value chain. Our principal focus is London, where we expect to deliver 5,000 residential units and 4 million sq ft of commercial space in the next 10 years alone.


Construction


For over 125 years our project management and construction business has been delivering complex schemes on the most challenging sites safely, on time and on budget.


Safety


We will not compromise on safety and work proactively with all stakeholders including clients, partners, designers, contractors, the workforce and local community to make our Incident & Free vision a reality.


Investment management


Our investment management business protects and enhances value from our assets and will focus increasingly on supporting our major regeneration projects. We manage approximately £1 billion of funds on behalf of over 50 institutional clients, capitalising on the opportunities generated by our development and infrastructure business.
