NELA COACHING NELAEvents
In the past year we have delivered open leadership events to over 500 delegates including three leadership summits:
‘A Focus on Talent Management’
‘How safe and caring is your organisation?’ ‘Clinical Leadership’
and several master classes on large scale change and thinking differently methodologies.
‘All speakers focused. Sometimes speakers are used to ‘pad’ programme with little or no relevance to the main theme. Not so with this summit. All speakers were focused and pertinent to the theme.’
Delegate, Leadership Summit: ‘How safe and caring is your organisation?’ July 2010
‘Excellent personal presentation. Brave and heartfelt. Many adjectives to ponder upon and very inspiring. A great programme for ‘corporates’ to see and understand the links… There should be a patient story at every event – really brings home the message of what we are all here for.’
Delegate, Leadership Summit: ‘How safe and caring is your organisation?’ July 2010
‘Excellent speaker, really connected with audience – not easy to bring enthusiasm and calm in a time of such upheaval and uncertainty’
‘Thanks for putting on a really interesting/informative event’
Delegate, Thinking Differently master class, November 2010
‘Just wanted to say how excellent today’s event was, very insightful and inspiring!’
Delegate, Clinical Leadership Summit March 2011
