Demonstrate self awareness and focus on priority leadership development activities which will demonstrate ability and potential to work at senior level.


Demonstrate emotional intelligence and appropriate leadership approaches which may be effective in


influencing change agendas.


Demonstrate leadership skills that are transferable in the


broader context i.e. working across professional and organisational partnerships.


Head up a service innovation project and disseminate learning which demonstrates project management, change management and


innovative leadership.


CLINICAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMME


Demonstrate self awareness and enhanced key leadership development behaviours for effective impact in senior leadership roles.


Apply knowledge and skills of the quality improvement methodologies to clinical innovation and transformation.


Demonstrate potential and ability to work at a strategic level with an understanding of board level working, dynamics and experience.


Lead an innovative change programme focused on


improved clinical outcomes and patient safety.


Demonstrate personal leadership skills that are transferable in a wider


context across professional and organisational partnerships locally and nationally.

integrity to enhance ability in influencing strategic agendas.


Demonstrate leadership skills that are transferable in the broader context i.e. deliver productivity and innovation across professional and


organisational partnerships. Take a lead role in a


North East change process demonstrating a rigorous understating and implementation of improvement methodologies.


Deliver a service innovation project and disseminate learning which


demonstrates large system project management, change management


and innovative leadership within an increasingly commercial context.
