EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAMME
Learning Together
To ensure that candidates are given maximum opportunity to network and share their knowledge and learning, all three programmes meet on a regular basis for joint master classes with experts in their field such as Dr Patricia Oakley (Director, Practices Made Perfect), Robert Harris (Director of Commissioning and Performance at NHS East of England Strategic Health Authority) and NHS chief executives from around the region.
The duration of each programme is approximately twelve months and all three programmes are all delivered on behalf of the academy by four providers:

‘Participants on each programme have the opportunity to complete an academic option worth 60 credits at Masters level with Teesside University and to date 70% of candidates have taken up this offer.’
